His experiences on the front lines have ingrained in him the values of honor, courage, and commitment—principles that he carries into his leadership at Kazteck Security. ​Following his active duty, Matthew served as a Marine Corps Combat Instructor at the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center in 29 Palms, California. In this role, he trained over 1,000 Marines in combat operations and detainee handling, imparting essential knowledge and skills to ensure their combat effectiveness as they transitioned to the frontlines overseas. Transitioning to the private sector, Matthew became a personal security driver for a high-profile businessman, where he honed his skills in personal protection and executive security. He later joined MSA Security, where he served with distinction as an explosive detection K9 handler, retiring his K9 partner after a notable tenure. His expertise in explosive detection and canine handling added another layer of proficiency to his extensive security background. Matthew's leadership abilities were further demonstrated as the head of a security detail for a politician's voting office in New York City. His experience in managing high-risk security operations in such a demanding environment has equipped him with unparalleled strategic and operational insights. Daniel was personally selected to protect high-ranking leaders in the combat environment, a testament to his exceptional skills and trustworthiness. Transitioning from military service, Daniel continued his dedication to national security by joining the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. Here, he significantly contributed to national security efforts, enhancing his expertise in intelligence and security operations. His specialization in K9 handling and training is evidenced by his tenure with Homeland Security, where he trained and led K9 teams for various critical agencies. His achievements include training TSA K9 teams, Norfolk Airport Police Department K9 teams, Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Airport Police K9 teams, and U.S. Coast Guard K9 teams. With over 35 years of combined experience in various facets of public safety and national defense, Benjamin brings a wealth of expertise to the role of Security Operations Director. Known for strategic thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to safeguarding sensitive information, Benjamin is dedicated to implementing robust security measures to protect organizational assets and operations. Having served in both The Gulf War and Iraqi War, Benjamin has always been grateful for protecting our nation and a symbol of courage in the face of challenges. With his steadfast leadership, strategic acumen, and dedication to service, he has successfully led numerous high-stakes missions and initiatives, achieving a reputation for excellence and reliability. Benjamin brings an extensive International Affairs leadership experience with cultural diversification, equity and inclusion from several countries including Europe, Middle East, The Caribbean and South America earning him accolades in Foreign Affairs. He has attained several certifications from The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy Leadership, Southeastern Public Safety Institute, John Jay College of Criminal Justice. His military journey began with his deployment in the Battle of Fallujah in 2004, followed by a tour with the Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) in Iraq, and continued with intensive combat operations in Ramadi. ​Throughout his military career, Mark not only demonstrated exemplary bravery and strategic acumen but also played a pivotal role in mentoring and training junior Marines, ensuring they were combat-ready and effective. His commitment to excellence in training and leadership laid the foundation for his post-military endeavors. ​After honorably serving his country, Mark pursued a degree in Alternative Medicine from Everglades University in Sarasota, Florida, showcasing his dedication to holistic well-being and personal growth. This unique combination of military discipline and alternative health expertise has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of both physical and mental resilience. As a defense contractor, Mark has completed over 20 deployments to some of the world's most challenging and volatile environments, further honing his skills and expanding his knowledge base.
